Virtual Yoga Session (Private & Small Group), yoga practice is space for you to cultivate a mindful relationship with your mind, body and sprit.  Sessions are tailored to the client’s needs and abilities. Yoga can help to manage stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms associated with life circumstances. It also promotes flexibility, improve strength, balance, and cardiovascular health. 

Pranayama is the practice of breathing regulation. In Sanskrit “prana” means life energy/force and “yama" means control. Breathing regulation is a key component of yoga. 

  • Adaptive/Chair (adapted for injuries, varying abilities & trauma) 

  • Pranayama (breathing techniques to support your nervous system) 

  • Vinyasa (poses transitions are coordinate with the breath)
